Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ice On Storm (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit iceonstorm.com, and what we do with it. It is short, because we handle very little.

1. No accounts

Ice On Storm has no registration, no login, and no user profiles. We do not ask for your name, your date of birth, your address, or any payment details, and there is nowhere on this site to enter them.

2. Gameplay information

Whiteout Twenty-One runs entirely in your browser. The deck, the shuffle, the scoring, and your coin balance are all held in the page’s temporary memory and are discarded the moment the page is reloaded or closed. None of it is transmitted to us or to anyone else, and none of it is stored on your device beyond that session.

3. Technical logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider records standard server request logs. These may include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser’s user-agent string. They are generated automatically, used solely to keep the site available and secure and to diagnose faults, and retained for a limited period before deletion.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run third-party analytics or advertising networks, and we do not use tracking pixels or fingerprinting. If we ever introduce any strictly necessary cookie, it will be described here before it is deployed.

The site loads web fonts from a third-party font provider. Requests for those files are made by your browser directly to that provider and are subject to that provider’s own privacy terms.

5. Email you send us

If you contact us at the addresses listed on the Support page, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message. We use it only to respond to you, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the matter.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade information about visitors. We share nothing with third parties except where strictly necessary to operate the site (for example, our hosting provider processing a request on our behalf) or where we are legally required to do so.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults aged eighteen and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, write to privacy@iceonstorm.com and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or erase personal information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold almost nothing, most such requests can be answered immediately. Send them to privacy@iceonstorm.com.

9. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of the page will always reflect the current version, and material changes will be described rather than silently folded in.
